Oktoberfest is in its 17th year as an event at the Nampa Civic Center. This event is community focused and brings in a good variety of people throughout the valley.

Demographics for this event: MW 30+ with children, 45+

We see people of all ages and income levels at this event. Attendees come because they love beer, German culture, the sense of community they get from attending this event. Our crowd loves to relax and be entertained.

The event has something for the whole family! We bring in authentic live German music provided by the Boise Valley Edelweiss Band. The ensemble has served the Treasure Valley for over 40 years, specializing in nostalgic Beer Garden Music. We play fun Oktoberfest games during the event and encourage attendees to dress in their best German attire. We serve distinct Oktoberfest beers as well Bavarian foods.

Last year we incorporated an Axe throwing event for the adults and a petting zoo for the kids. Both provided people with more things to do and encouraged them to stay longer.

Attendance fluctuates from year to year but we typically have 800-900 attendees. Our goal is to maintain that attendance this year and continue to grow and build the event.

This is a great event to Sponsor! People are at the event to spend money, they are excited about the evening and we have a captive audience as they attend the event.

Reserve a Sponsorship by August 16, 2024 or a Vendor Space by September 20, 2024. For more information about the event or about Sponsorship levels, please see the PDF on this page. All applications are subject to acceptance by the Nampa Civic Center.

Located inside in the Nampa Civic Center Exhibit Hall & Banquet Rooms and the Calliope Garden.  Vendors are located inside.  

Each vendor spot will consist of one 10x10 space outside in the West Parking Lot or Calliope Garden.  

After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will be notified via email on whether or not your application was accepted. If you are accepted, you will also receive a link for online payment through Clover.

Power is not included unless added. Selecting POWER provides one power strip to use.

 

EVENT POLICIES

 

This is an outdoor event that is held rain or shine.

Canopies are highly recommended. 

The event gets dark at night, bring lighting to keep your area well lit.

We do not allow outside food at this event.  This means that neither vendors or attendees are able to bring food or drink into the event.  We will allow you to bring an empty water bottle that you may fill at the event.  It is your responsibility to reach out to the event manager if you have a medical condition and need an exemption.

You may not have an open flame or do any cooking at your booth.

Tables, chairs, linen and power are not included unless selected as an ADD-ON.  You may bring your own or rent ours.

Early tear down is not allowed.

We do not offer refunds.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
