Join us for the 18th Annual Health and Wellness Celebration at the Nampa Civic Center, from 9am-3pm on October 12th. Originally known as the Senior Fair, this event has evolved into the Wellness for All Festival—a health and wellness expo designed for individuals and families of all ages. Admission is FREE for all attendees.

At the festival, visitors will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of vendors who are ready to assist with inquiries about insurance, healthy living, financial planning, home care options, assisted living, future planning, travel, and much more. Many vendors will offer complimentary services such as massages, spinal checks, and blood pressure screenings. Be sure to explore all vendor booths, as there will be exciting chances to win prizes and take home giveaways. This year, the festival embraces a Western theme, offering a fun and lighthearted approach to important health and wellness topics.

Throughout the day, the festival will feature live entertainment, educational seminars, and a range of food options. Health services, including flu and COVID-19 boosters, will be available for interested attendees.

Event highlights include a fitness class led by a renowned instructor, an estate planning seminar by a local lawyer specializing in elder law, and performances by the Prime Time Swingers, Irish Dance Idaho, and more to be announced.

This years event has a WESTERN THEME.  If you have a booth, we would love you to decorate it in the theme and wear costumes to match the theme.

Reserve a Sponsorship by August 30, 2024 or a Vendor Space by October 4, 2024. For more information about the event or about Sponsorship levels, please see the PDF on this page. All applications are subject to acceptance by the Nampa Civic Center.

Located inside in the Nampa Civic Center Exhibit Hall & Banquet Rooms and Office Hallway.  

Each vendor spot will consist of one 10x8 space inside the Banquet Rooms & Exhibit Hall.   Your spot does not include a table, chairs, linen or power unless selected below.

After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will be notified via email on whether or not your application was accepted. If you are accepted, you will also receive a link for online payment through Clover.

Chairs are not included unless added. This selection provides TWO chairs at your booth.

BLACK LINEN AND SKIRTING $10

Linen and skirting are not included.  You may bring your own or rent them from us.

POWER $10

Power is not included unless added. Selecting POWER provides one power strip to use.

 

EVENT POLICIES

 

Canopies are NOT allowed in the building.

We do not allow outside food at this event.  This means that neither vendors or attendees are able to bring food or drink into the event.  We will allow you to bring an empty water bottle that you may fill at the event.  It is your responsibility to reach out to the event manager if you have a medical condition and need an exemption.

You may not have an open flame or do any cooking at your booth.

Tables, chairs, linen and power are not included unless selected as an ADD-ON.  You may bring your own or rent ours.

Early tear down is not allowed.

We do not offer refunds.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
