Our Trunk Sale is a Community Yard Sale, Flea Market, Swap Meet

A trunk sale is a type of market where individuals come together to sell used household and garden goods. The idea of a trunk sale is that people will be selling items from the car’s trunk. There is typically a small portion of professional sellers that will sell new product.

There are 165,000 yard sale type events in the Unites States weekly. It is estimated that 690,000 people purchase something at those sales. These bring it $4,222,375 of revenue each week.

This is our 3rd annual year hosting this event. In 2022 we had about 700 people attend. Vendors were happy with the event and were able to sell a lot of their items. They asked if we could do more shows like this over the spring/summer. We plan to continue to grow the event to a large capacity where people save their items and plan to attend the event to sell them each year.

Reserve a Sponsorship or Vendor Spot by selecting a SPONSOR or VENDOR package.   Sponsorship for these events are due by March 29, 2024 or a Vendor Space by May 10, 2024. Located on the East side of the Nampa Civic Center parking lot.  

Your area will consist of two parking spots, one for your to park your car and one for you to set up additional items.

After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will be notified via email on whether or not your application was accepted. If you are accepted, you will also receive a link for online payment through Clover.

Not included unless added. Selecting CHAIRS provides you with TWO chairs at your booth.

BLACK LINEN AND SKIRTING $10

Linen and skirting are not included.  You may bring your own or rent them from us.

POWER $10

Power is not included unless added. Selecting POWER provides one power strip to use.

EVENT POLICIES

 

This is an outdoor event that is held rain or shine and requires you to park one vehicle in a space with an open trunk facing the walkway.  

We do not allow outside food at this event.  This means that neither vendors or attendees are able to bring food or drink into the event.  We will allow you to bring an empty water bottle that you may fill at the event.  It is your responsibility to reach out to the event manager if you have a medical condition and need an exemption.

You may not have an open flame or do any cooking at your booth.

Tables, chairs, linen and power are not included unless selected as an ADD-ON.  You may bring your own or rent ours.

Early tear down is not allowed.

We do not offer refunds.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
