Rooms

We offer flexible meeting space suitable for large conferences with breakout rooms. Our unique movable walls allow event space to be configured in a variety of ways to meet the specialized requirements of your event. With both indoor and outdoor options we are sure to meet your needs.

Equipment and Amenities

Each room is configured to offer free internet access with both high speed LAN and WiFi options that include upgradable features such as a VoIP conference phone. We have many other audio visual options available for use such as microphones, portable sound systems, dual projection, televisions and other specialty equipment. Our contracted technical staff is both professional and knowledgeable. We also offer amenities such as podiums, portable stages, tables, chairs and free parking.

Professional Staff

You can rely on the expert knowledge of our Event Coordinators to help you have a successful event. While reviewing your event needs, they will assist in selecting the correct room set, catering selections and more. We will be available when you needs us, this includes being on site during your event to help should anything arise.

Our professional operations staff will set up our tables and chairs in the best configuration to meet your needs. When you arrive for your event, you will be provided a direct contact number to call or text our operations team should any immediate needs arise.

We work closely with Sodexo who caters all of the events in our facility. With their complete catering selections, your event is sure to be a success. Offering everything from the simplicity of coffee service to the complexity of a full-course meal with desserts and beverages. Hosted and Cash Bar options are also available.
