All applications are subject to acceptance by the Nampa Civic Center.
After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. If accepted you will receive a link for online payment through Square. You must pay the FULL amount to reserve your space. Your invoice must be paid within 2 weeks of being sent, or your spot is not guaranteed.
*There is no guarantee you will receive the spot requested. However, we will do our best to get you in or near the location you are requesting.
NON-COMMERCIAL vendors are those who are individual sellers, non-profit vendors or independent sales contractors.COMMERCIAL vendors are those who have a business license or represent a large company.ALL SINGLE BOOTHS ARE 8 x 6.ALL DOUBLE BOOTHS ARE 16 x 6.

No open flame or cooking is permitted at the booth, unless prior written approval is provided by the venue
No canopies are allowed indoors
Early tear down is not permitted
Outside food and beverages are not permitted
No pets permitted on the property
No weapons permitted on the property
No refunds will be issued once a spot has been confirmed and paid for
