2026 Canyon County OKTOBERFEST is held on SEPTEMBER 26. Applications open June 1. Reserve a Vendor Space before spaces sell out. All applications are subject to acceptance by the Nampa Civic Center.
*There is no guarantee you will receive the same spot as last year or move into a preferred spot. However, we will do our best to get you in or near the location you are requesting.

NON-COMMERCIAL: vendors are those who are individual sellers, non-profit vendors, or independent sales contractors.
COMMERCIAL: vendors are those who have a business license or represent a large company.

After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. If accepted, you will receive a link for online payment through Square. You must pay the FULL amount to reserve your space. Your invoice must be paid within 2 weeks of being sent, or your spot is not guaranteed.
Vendor applications and merchandise sales are all subject to approval by the venue and can be denied at any time. By submitting this form, it does not automatically guarantee you a spot at the event
Tables, chairs, power, and additional equipment add-ons are not provided by the venue, unless purchased during vendor registration
The event will be held rain or shine, unless otherwise communicated by the venue. Canopies are recommended and encouraged but must fit within your booth space
If necessary, the vendor must provide their own lighting for their booth after sundown
No open flame or cooking is permitted at the booth, unless prior written approval is provided by the venue
Outside food and beverages are not permitted
No weapons permitted on the property
No refunds will be issued once a spot has been confirmed and paid for
I am accepting the policies and procedures of this event. By accepting, I agree to sell and be present during the entirety of the event hours and set up and tear down only during the designated times given by the venue
