Wine Down Nampa
The Nampa Civic Center presents Wine Down Nampa
Wine Down Nampa is a monthly event held in the Nampa Civic Center Garden. A guest attending a wine-down event will experience a night of music, culture, and an opportunity to network and meet new people.
Idahoans drink the most wine per capita in the United States. We aren’t shocked! We have the perfect altitude, climate, and soil to grow a variety of grapes and our local vineyards have produced many amazing and award-winning wines.
Attendees will join us for a relaxing evening in the Garden with their friends. We will offer live entertainment, wine tasting, outdoor games, food, drinks, and shopping with local vendors.
Pours & S’mores Nampa is a delightful evening event hosted in the fall months at the Nampa Civic Center Garden. Attendees of Pours & S’mores will enjoy a delightful atmosphere filled with music and a chance to mingle and create new connections. Gather your friends for a night under the stars, indulging in fine liquors and craft beers locally developed and savoring delicious s’mores. The event will feature live bands, a variety of tasty treats and local artisans and vendors.
Oktoberfest is in its 17th year as an event at the Nampa Civic Center. This event is community focused and brings in a good variety of people throughout the valley.
Demographics for this event: MW 30+ with children, 45+
We see people of all ages and income levels at this event. Attendees come because they love beer, German culture, the sense of community they get from attending this event. Our crowd loves to relax and be entertained.
The event has something for the whole family! We bring in authentic live German music provided by the Boise Valley Edelweiss Band. The ensemble has served the Treasure Valley for over 40 years, specializing in nostalgic Beer Garden Music. We play fun Oktoberfest games during the event and encourage attendees to dress in their best German attire. We serve distinct Oktoberfest beers as well Bavarian foods.
Last year we incorporated an Axe throwing event for the adults and a petting zoo for the kids. Both provided people with more things to do and encouraged them to stay longer.
Attendance fluctuates from year to year but we typically have 800-900 attendees. Our goal is to maintain that attendance this year and continue to grow and build the event.
This is a great event to Sponsor! People are at the event to spend money, they are excited about the evening and we have a captive audience as they attend the event.
Senior Fair is in its 18th year as an event at the Nampa Civic Center. This event is community focused and brings in a large amount of senior citizens throughout the valley.
Demographics for this event: MW 55+
Last year we continued to recover in attendance from the multiple years of Covid that effected this event. We had over 700 people in attendance. We believe the numbers will continue to grow this year towards the normal attendance of 1,500 + people that we saw prior to Covid. Senior Fair provides the perfect opportunity for senior citizens in the community and their families to go out together, become well informed, take advantage of opportunities, and have fun.
Sponsorship options can include mentions in the press release, branding on advertising, social media post and other marketing that specifically targets this demographic. As of 2024, there are an expected 22,371 seniors in Nampa alone and 91,522 in the Treasure Valley (close surrounding area).
We provide seminars and entertainment throughout the day. Seminar spots are available, let us know if you are interested in teaching one.
This event is FREE to the public.
This years event has a WESTERN THEME. If you have a booth, we would love you to decorate it in the theme and wear costumes to match the theme.
Launch the holiday season at the 23rd Annual Craft & Chocolate Affaire event. Attendees can start their holiday shopping early and find that special and unique gift from one of our many vendors like you!
We cater specifically to chocolate lovers as well as those who love to attend bazaars.
We look for various types of Artisans so there is something for every- one, including handmade soaps, home decor, pottery, quilts, wood work, custom painting and cottage foods. We also want to see a few commercial items from clothing to jewelry to aroma and personal care, and fine jewels.
This is a chocolate focused event, in 2023 we had abundant amounts of chocolate and roughly 4,500 physical attendees. We had more vendors than previous years and it was the largest year for sales for many of the vendors who attended. Several of our chocolatiers sold out. We plan to continue growing this event every year.
This event is a great public event and makes the perfect sponsorship opportunity for businesses looking to increase awareness in the local community.
Demographics: Women 30-65 who enjoy shopping, wine, crafts, chocolate, the holiday season,
