The Nampa Civic Center presents Wine Down Nampa

Wine Down Nampa is a monthly event held in the Nampa Civic Center Garden. A guest attending a wine-down event will experience a night of music, culture, and an opportunity to network and meet new people.

Idahoans drink the most wine per capita in the United States. We aren’t shocked! We have the perfect altitude, climate, and soil to grow a variety of grapes and our local vineyards have produced many amazing and award-winning wines.

This is the first annual event series. Attendees will join us for a relaxing evening in the Garden with their friends. We will offer live entertainment, wine tasting, outdoor games, food, drinks, and shopping with local vendors.

WINE DOWN NAMPA

Reserve a Sponsorship or Vendor Spot by selecting a SPONSOR or VENDOR package.   Sponsorship for these events are due by May 1, 2024.  Due dates to reserve a Vendor and Vendor Sponsor spaces are due as follows: June 12, 2024 event by June 05, 2024.   July 10, 2024 event by July 03, 2024.  August 14, 2024 event by August 7, 2024.  For more information about the event or about Sponsorship levels, please see the PDF on this page. All applications are subject to acceptance by the Nampa Civic Center.

The event is located on the West side of the Nampa Civic Center in the Calliope Garden.

Your spot will be a 10x10 space located either in our garden or just outside of it.  

After your application is received, please allow up to two weeks for processing. You will be notified via email on whether or not your application was accepted. If you are accepted, you will also receive a link for online payment through Clover.

SINGLE VENDOR BOOTH NON-COMMERCIAL

10x10 SPACE - $35

NON-COMMERCIAL vendors are those who are individual sellers, non-profit vendors or independent sales contractors.

DOUBLE VENDOR BOOTH NON-COMMERCIAL

20x10 SPACE - $70

NON-COMMERCIAL vendors are those who are individual sellers, non-profit vendors or independent sales contractors.

SINGLE VENDOR BOOTH COMMERCIAL

10x10 SPACE - $45

COMMERCIAL vendors are those who have a business license or represent a large company.

DOUBLE VENDOR BOOTH COMMERCIAL

20x10 SPACE  $90

ADD-ONS

8 FT TABLE $10

Tables are not included. You may bring your own or rent one of ours.

6 FT TABLE $8

Tables are not included. You may bring your own or rent one of ours.

CHAIRS $10

Chairs are not included unless added. Selecting CHAIRS provides you with TWO chairs at your booth.

BLACK LINEN AND SKIRTING $10

Linen and skirting are not included.  You may bring your own or rent them from us.

POWER $10

Power is not included unless added. Selecting POWER provides one power strip to use.

 

EVENT POLICIES

 

This is an outdoor event that is held rain or shine and requires you to be outside.

You may bring one 10x10 or smaller canopy.  

We do not allow outside food at this event.  This means that neither vendors or attendees are able to bring food or drink into the event.  We will allow you to bring an empty water bottle that you may fill at the event.  It is your responsibility to reach out to the event manager if you have a medical condition and need an exemption.

Tables, chairs, linen and power are not included unless selected as an ADD-ON.  You may bring your own or rent ours.

You may not have an open flame or do any cooking at your booth.

Early tear down is not allowed.

We do not offer refunds.  There are no exceptions to this policy.
